Refine your Pinterest Home feed

Pinterest does not offer one erase-everything button. Refine your recommendations lets you turn off the specific Pins, interests, boards, and follows feeding Home.

Targeted recommendation controlsRefine your recommendations

The platform lets you adjust topics or signals, but does not erase every recommendation signal.

  • The underlying content unless you separately delete or unfollow it
  • Ads, which Pinterest says are not affected by Home feed tuning

  • Open the menu on an unwanted Home Pin and choose Hide Pin to see fewer like it.

Rebuild from here

Pinterest questions

Does Pinterest have a full algorithm reset?

Pinterest documents source-by-source tuning, not a single full reset. Refine your recommendations is useful because it shows which activity is shaping Home.

Will tuning recommendations delete my boards?

No. Turning off a board or Pin as a recommendation source does not delete it from your account.

Does tuning change Pinterest ads?

Pinterest says these Home feed controls do not affect the ads you see.
