2. Service Description: The Service is an AI-powered anti-algorithm that stops porn. It runs on your device and detects pornographic/sexual content and algorithms in real time. When it sees a pattern, it interrupts with a prompt to help you stay disciplined.
3. User Conduct: You agree to use the Service responsibly. You will not use the Service to: a. Harm others b. Violate any laws c. Spam or abuse the Service

5. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely effective.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, On Guard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless On Guard from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
16. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
17. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
18. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and On Guard regarding the Service.
